Tucker

Tucker was rescued from a Southern California shelter after being placed on a euthanasia list. He is affectionate, playful, loves to snuggle, enjoys being part of the family, and does well with other dogs.

To better understand Tucker’s episodes, Sky’s Path to Home had him evaluated by both an internal medicine specialist and a neurologist. He has significantly elevated bile acids, and an abdominal CT ruled out a large liver shunt. There is still concern for microvascular dysplasia, and paroxysmal dyskinesia or partial seizures also remain possible.

At this point, Tucker is stable, happy, and doing best on his current medications. He is now available for adoption and will need a calm, child free home with someone who is home often, understands his history, and is willing to continue any medications, veterinary care, or follow up treatment he may need.

Tuckers adoption fee is $250.
